The trip begins ... Bright and early on a sunny Sunday morning, all 60 volunteers load up onto the ferry... It's a lovely HUGE ferry that whisked everyone off to Semakau in 15 minutes flat. Zeehan conducts the safety briefing on the ferry. Three times: the ferry was so big the party was split up into three compartments. Arriving at Semakau, the friendly NEA ground staff were waiting, burning their Sunday, to drive us over to the mangroves...
