Come be inspired by the glow of the fireflies! The Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (MEWR) cordially invites you, on behalf of the Singapore Environment Council and Singapore Film Society, to a special screening of 'Fireflies: River of Light',
by Hiroshi Sugawara. A true story by Hajime, an elementary school teacher who brought his class on an excursion to the Yamaguchi River and made a remark “wouldn’t it be beautiful to see fireflies dancing here”. Cost: $2.50 per person, will be issued on the day, and can be booked by 31 May (Wed).
